If you forget your login details for your Requestor account, please ask your account Admin to contact our Business Support team for assistance.
Accessing your Wonolo account is easy. Visit Wonolo on the web here to login to your Account.
You can invite your favorite Wonoloers back for more work by adding them to your Preferred list(s). When you add a Wonoloer to your Preferred list, they’ll gain early access to future jobs that you post.
When you're ready to start hiring for your upcoming job, log into your Customer Portal and select New Job.
If you are looking to approve a job from your latest shift, you have the ability to approve jobs for one or multiple Wonoloers at once, including adjusting pay for hours worked.
If a Wonoloer works more or less hours than what was originally agreed upon, or if you have agreed to or want to pay them extra, you can adjust the pay after the Wonoloer completes the job.
Wonolo’s platform is designed to help match businesses with the best Wonoloers for the job. If a Wonoloer cannot perform the tasks required to successfully complete your jobs, you can block them from seeing future jobs that you post.
Part of being a great Requestor is giving Wonoloers as much time as possible to decide whether they are a good fit for the job, while we try to help you fulfill your last-minute staffing needs.

Wonolo Pro, our customer app, allows you to take Wonolo on the go! With Wonolo Pro, you’ll be able to post jobs, see upcoming and in-progress jobs, view the roster of workers, approve workers, and more directly in the app!
