Here's a summary of some of the things you need to know about this long term engagement with Summit Cold Storage. 

Summit Cold Storage LTE Terms

Please read below for more information about the terms of the Long Term Engagement you are working.

There is a 5-day trial period (Trial Period) where both you and the Requestor can see if you want to continue with this LTE.

During the Trial Period, either you or the Requestor may end (or terminate) the LTE for any reason. To withdraw during the Trial Period, notify the Requestor or withdraw within in the app.

Service Break Days begin following the Trial Period (after your first 5 jobs in this engagement).Any withdrawals or "no Call, No Show", may terminate your LTE.

You have 2 service break days for every month that the LTE runs for, starting with the month you started providing services during the LTE. For example, you accept an LTE that starts on January 1 and ends on February 15. You will have 2 service breaks that can be used starting on January 1 and 2 service breaks can be used starting on February 1. In this example, if you used 0 service breaks in January, then you would have 4 service breaks in February.

To request a Service Break day or withdraw from your Long Term Engagement you can do so by connecting with one of our chat support specialists. Simply open your Wonolo app, go to Account > Help and click the Chat bubble. You will be transferred to a live agent who will be able to help with your request.

To take a service break day, notify the Requestor at least 12 hours' notice for planned service break days and 2 hours’ notice for unplanned service break days. Providing insufficient notice or taking additional service break days may result in termination of the engagement. 

If you have an emergency, you can reach out to the Requestor to discuss if you need additional service break days. 

You will not receive any compensation for service breaks because you are not providing any services to Cold Summit Storage during a service break. Service break days included in this LTE can only be used for this LTE and not another engagement.

If you choose to terminate the entire Engagement: If you want to terminate the LTE after the Trial Period, you should provide 24 hours’ notice, when possible, to the Requestor. Terminating the LTE can be done by messaging the Requestor in the app or withdrawing within the app. 

A “No Call, No Show” occurs when you miss a day of work without contacting the Requestor.

If you No Call, No Show, the LTE may be terminated at that point. If the LTE is terminated as a result of “No call, No Shows”, this will result in 3 breach points.
