California, Oklahoma and Minnesota: You have the right to receive a copy of your background/investigative report, and you may request a copy of the report by checking the box on the Background Check Documents & Authorization page.

Massachusetts and New Jersey: If Wonolo Inc. or Frontline Work LLC dba Grow2 by Wonolo (COMPANY) request an investigative background report, you have the right, upon written request, to a copy of the report.

Minnesota and Washington State: If COMPANY requests an investigative background report, you have the right, upon written request made within a reasonable period of time after your receipt of this disclosure, to receive from COMPANY a complete and accurate disclosure of the nature and scope of the investigation requested by COMPANY.  COMPANY will provide the disclosure of the nature and scope of the investigation either five days after receiving your request or after requesting the investigative consumer report, whichever is later.

New York: You have the right to inquire as to whether COMPANY requested an investigative consumer report. If COMPANY requested such a report, you have the right to know the name and address of the report’s provider, and COMPANY will provide that information to you to the extent that it differs from the information provided in the “Acknowledgment and Authorization Document.” You also have the right to inspect and receive a copy of any investigative consumer report requested by COMPANY by contacting the consumer reporting agency identified in the “Acknowledgment and Authorization Document” (or another organization identified by COMPANY as the provider of an investigative consumer report) directly.  You are also being provided a copy of New York Article 23-A here in the following hyperlink, which you can click to access:
