Once your job is accepted by the Requestor, you will be paid within 3-5 business days, and sometimes faster! Make sure you have your bank account linked or connected to a debit card before contacting Wonolo Support with issues.

We get it, life happens! We just ask you to withdraw from the job more than 12 hours before the job start time. No-showing to a job can diminish your ability to see future jobs on the app. Please reach out to Support with any questions or issues you may have.

Flat tire? Running late? If you are having issues the day of your job, you can message the customer through the app to let them know what is happening. Be sure to be clear and respectful as the customer is expecting you to attend the shift.
