Accepting Requests and Performing Engagements in Washington State

In Washington State, the Trust and Safety Fee will only offset Wonoloer Support and other Trust and Safety related costs (i.e., it will not pay for occupational accident insurance, which does not apply to Engagements in Washington State).  By agreeing to these Terms of Use, you are agreeing to pay the Trust and Safety Fee applicable to Engagements in Washington State.  

 

You further acknowledge and agree that any references to the Trust and Safety Fee’s application to occupational accident insurance (including any such references on Wonolo’s website or application, or in any e-mails, in-app messaging, support articles, advertisements, marketing materials, or similar documents and correspondence), do not apply to Engagements in Washington State.  

 

In the event of a conflict between the terms of the Agreement and this addendum, this addendum shall control with respect to any Engagements in Washington State.
