Accepting Requests and Performing Engagements in Washington State

In Washington State, the Trust and Safety Fee will only offset costs associated with Wonoloer Support (i.e., it will not pay for Wonolo’s supplemental occupational accident insurance, which does not apply to Engagements in Washington State), and you will be charged the Trust and Safety Fee irrespective of whether you maintain your own insurance.  By agreeing to these Terms of Use, you are agreeing to pay the Trust and Safety Fee applicable to Engagements in Washington State.  

 

You further acknowledge and agree that any references to the Trust and Safety Fee’s application to Wonolo’s supplemental occupational accident insurance (including any such references on Wonolo’s website, or in any e-mails, in-app messaging, support articles, advertisements, marketing materials, or similar documents and correspondence), do not apply to Engagements in Washington State.  

 

In the event of a conflict between the terms of the Agreement and this addendum, this addendum shall control with respect to any Engagements in Washington State.
