Wonolo
My name is Mercedes and I’m a mother of three. I have twin boys who are fourteen and an eight-year-old daughter. I heard about Wonolo last fall in September. One of the first jobs I picked up was a shift at Sendoso. It was for a hand-writing position. I loved the work and the managers saw my excitement and passion. From day one, it’s been an awesome experience. The company said they were going to expand, so I moved with them to Vegas from Phoenix and my family came with me. Now I’m running the whole hand-writing department.
I also am an online student, and I’m earning my bachelors degree in health administration and management. Going to school, moving, starting a new career, and being a mom can be tough. I juggle a lot of different tasks, but I know I’m never given more than I can handle.
What surprised me the most when I started accepting jobs from the Wonolo app, was how quickly I was paid and the flexibility I had in creating my schedule. It was a unique and new experience, and it worked well for me! I’ve met amazing people from working and from Wonolo’s HQ team. Everyone is supportive. I’ve grown so much in just the past few months, and I still get goosebumps because I’m now leading a team.
If you’re on the fence about Wonolo, you have to give it a try! Of course, I had my doubts, especially picking up a hand-writing job. However, you never know what it could bring. I now supervise over 75 other writers, and Wonolo opened those doors for me.
