Seattle Fraudulent Use Policy

Date: April 26, 2024

Any action or omission by a User that is fraudulent or deceptive is a material breach of their agreement with Wonolo and this policy, and may result in account suspension or deactivation.  If Wonolo has reason to believe that fraudulent or deceptive activity has occurred, the User will be informed via email.  The User will have a chance to review and acknowledge the violation.  If a violation is sustained, the User’s account may be suspended or deactivated.  If the User wishes to appeal the suspension or deactivation of their account, they may reply to that email within seven (7) calendar days with a detailed explanation, which should include any supporting documentation.  When the review process is complete, Wonolo will send the User an email with the status of their Wonolo account.
