Washington State (Covered Worker Addendum)

In order to avoid any ambiguity, this addendum specifically (and only) applies to you if you perform or provide Services to Customers in Washington State.
If you have not registered your business with the Washington State Department of Revenue, Wonolo reserves the right to treat you as a “covered worker” for workers’ compensation purposes under Washington State law. You acknowledge and agree that any decision by Wonolo to treat you as a “covered worker” in this limited context shall have no bearing on your (or any other Wonoloer’s) independent contractor status under the laws of the State of Washington, or any other federal, state, and/or local laws.
