You start by applying for a Credit Builder Plan that puts $500 in a savings account for you to access once you make your final payment. It takes about 5 minutes to sign up, and you can choose a payment schedule and amount that works for you. You can set up automatic payments from your bank account so you don’t make any late payments. SeedFi reports your progress to all three credit bureaus, so you can build your credit as long as you make on-time payments.
Then, when you’ve completed the payment schedule, you can unlock your savings account and receive access to your savings. And the best part is that SeedFi has waived the monthly Credit Builder Plan fee for Wonoloers.
SeedFi also offers a loan with built-in savings called the Borrow & Grow Plan. It’s a uniquely structured loan that allows you to access a portion (up to $4,000) immediately and then the remaining amount goes into a savings account. When you pay off the entire loan, you gain access to the portion of your loan that was deposited into the built-in savings account.
