Wonolo
Hi there! My name is Ava and I am a Wonoloer in Dallas! Before Wonolo, I was a part-time supervisor at UPS.
I heard about Wonolo through an ad on Facebook in early 2018. There weren’t many jobs at first. It wasn’t until August 2018, when I decided to start creating my own clothing line, that I opened the Wonolo app back up and picked my first job.
I love being able to have control over my own schedule and be my own boss. I work when I want and with who I want. The flexibility is so important to me because I can make appointments and add more work to my schedule when I need to. The direct reflections of my efforts are reflected in my pay each week!
I’ve worked almost every Wonolo gig in my area. I like trying new things, meeting new people, and seeing what different opportunities are available. I’ve been working with the same Requestor for about a month now. I like the length of their shifts because I can go home and relax, or work another shift in the evening. I get a sense of being one with the team, and the managers know I have a great work ethic!
Wonolo allows me to create my clothing line and still bring a consistent income. Being my own boss as a Wonoloer gives me the ultimate flexibility to do what I love!
