Let’s meet Kristina!
Hi, my name is Kristina Chang, and I’m a senior manager on the revenue strategy and operations team at Wonolo. I’m based in San Francisco, California.
What events in your life have brought you to your current role today?
One of the events in my life that have brought me to where I am today is my passion for helping others. I thrive in capacities where I bring order to chaos, which is why in my past roles I’ve worked in strategy and operations for two and three setting marketplaces.
When you have to make a difficult decision, what do you lean on?
When I have to make a difficult decision, I lean on my core principles and values. When you lead yourself and others with heart and authenticity, sometimes the hardest decisions are the most critical ones.
What is one piece of life advice you can give to anyone?
One life advice I’d give is to be true to yourself and kind to others, there’s always a way to solve problems, overcome conflict or adversity if you consistently choose to do the right thing.

If you really knew me, you would know that I feel most at home when I’m in or by the ocean. Whether it’s surfing, diving, sailing, or lounging by the beach. The ocean is where I feel most at peace.
