Jimmy John’s is a small business franchise in the food industry. This case study is based on a July 2022 survey of Wonolo customers by TechValidate, a 3rd-party research service.

Once Jimmy John’s was able to connect with high-quality workers, strain on their existing full-time workers was reduced. Moreover, Luce agreed that staff productivity increased after they started using Wonolo and that they cannot imagine going back to their previous staffing methods after using Wonolo.
